THe DPT 1 Dew Point Thermometer consists of an infrared thermometer and a built-in hygrometer. When you turn on the Dew Point Thermometer, room dew point temperature and air humidity is measured. The resulting calculated dew point now serves as a reference for the infrared measurements of potential mold hazard zones. If this dew point reaches or falls below the danger level, there is a risk of moisture stains and also of mold. With this Dew Point Thermometer you can recognize the mildew prone areas in your home, hobby rooms, etc. before mold is visible.
