Hardness Tester 2900

Modern, dynamic hardness tester with colour display / Memory / For metallic materials with hardness scales such as Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell, Leeb, Shore and Tensile

The hardness tester 900 has been developed for hardness measurements on metallic materials. The hardness tester measures the material hardness in Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell, Leeb and Shore. The hardness tester 2900 measures the hardness according to the Leeb rebound principle. An impactor bounces on the workpiece via a firing pin and the metal hardness is measured via the rebound. The 2900 hardness meter is equipped with a backlit colour display.

Likewise, the buttons on the 2900 are illuminated. Thus, the display can be read well even in low light conditions. The impact device is connected to the hardness tester via a cable. The hardness tester 2900 has an internal memory of 6 x 100 measurement sets. The memory thus allows a documentation of the measured values. Via the integrated USB and WiFi interface, the measured values can be transferred from the hardness tester via software to a PC. The hardness tester is powered by commercially available 1.5 V AA batteries and has a battery life of about 50 hours.
