Model EPP-30V
Description
To measure pore water pressure in the soil, earth/rock-fill foundations and concrete structures, we have EPP-30V. It is a vibrating wire piezometer that is made of stainless steel and hermetically sealed under a vacuum of 0.001 Torr. These sensors have a built-in thermistor for temperature measurement and a surge arrester for protection from lightning.

  6.  Can measure negative pressure. Not limited to depth of water being within 5 m from the observation station as is in case of twin tube piezometers.
  7.  Very small time lag.
  8.  Transmission of signal as a frequency over long cable lengths.
