We recommend this food electrode for measuring in meat. The food electrode contains a knife for insertion into the meat and a pH electrode that is inserted into the knife. If the pH electrode is worn or damaged, it can be replaced without having to replace the entire knife.

 

This reduces costs considerably. The food pH electrode is compatible with all pH meters we produce. Both the electrode and the blade must be kept clean. After each measurement, the food electrode should be carefully cleaned to ensure long-term use and precise measurement results.
